Mutual Fund Distribution Platform – Owned by VS Fintech
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the AlphaNifty mobile application, website, tools, and services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. About AlphaNifty
AlphaNifty Private Limited (“AlphaNifty”) is a financial technology platform fully owned and operated by VS Fintech.
AlphaNifty functions as a Mutual Fund Distribution platform, facilitating the purchase and management of mutual fund investments for users through registered intermediaries.
The Platform does not provide investment advice or personalized recommendations.
2. Nature of Services
AlphaNifty offers:
Mutual fund execution and distribution service
Consolidated portfolio view
Transaction tracking and reporting
General financial education and learning tools
Technology-based tools for convenience and awareness
AlphaNifty does NOT:
Provide investment advisory services
Offer stock tips, recommendations, or guaranteed returns
Act as a portfolio manager or give personalized financial advice
All decisions made by the user are at their sole discretion.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
Complete KYC as required by regulatory authorities
Provide accurate and updated information
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Provide correct personal and financial information
Complete KYC/CKYC verification as mandated
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Use the Platform responsibly and lawfully
Users are responsible for decisions related to investments made through the Platform.
5. No Advisory / No Recommendation
AlphanNifty operates strictly as a Mutual Fund Distributor.
The Platform:
Does NOT provide advice, suggestions, or recommendations
Does NOT assess user suitability or risk profile for specific funds
Does NOT guarantee returns or performance
Any information provided is general, educational, and informational in nature.
6. Third-Party Interactions
The Platform integrates with regulated AMCs, RTAs, and payment partners.
AlphaNifty is not liable for:
Delays or failures caused by third-party systems
Errors in data transmission
Service interruptions by external service providers
All transactions are subject to verification and acceptance by respective mutual fund houses.
7. Accuracy of Information
While AlphaNifty strives to provide accurate data, we do not guarantee:
Timeliness
Completeness
Accuracy
Error-free reports
Market prices, NAVs, portfolio values, and returns are sourced from third parties and may vary.
8. Limitation of Liability
AlphaNifty shall not be liable for:
Losses arising from investment decisions
Market fluctuations
Delays in transactions
Technical issues
Unauthorized access due to user negligence
Loss of data or interruption of service
Users understand that mutual fund investments are subject to market risks.
9. Fees & Charges
Any charges payable for services, transactions, or features will be displayed on the Platform.
Mutual fund schemes may carry fees as defined by respective AMCs.
10. Privacy & Data Usage
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
AlphaNifty may use aggregated data for analytics, improvement, and compliance purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding, design, and technology on the Platform belong to AlphaNifty Private Limited or VS Fintech.
Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
12. Termination of Access
AlphaNifty reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for:
Breach of Terms
Fraudulent activity
Misuse of platform
Non-compliance with regulatory requirements
13. Changes to Terms
AlphaNifty may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with an effective date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
15. Mutual Fund Disclaimer
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
